Biography
Reha Erdem began his studies in History at Boğaziçi University, in Istambul. He graduated from Cinema of Paris 8 University and received his M.A. in Plastic Arts from the same institution. His first feature film, A Ay (Oh, Moon, 1989), is a French-Turkish co-production. His latest two films are Jîn (2012) and Singing Women (Sarki Söyleyen Kadinlar, 2013). He also directed the theater play Maids (Les Bonnes) by Jean Genet.
