Dernier voyage

In a hospital, an old lady seems to have fallen into a deep coma. As long as granny did not cash in her chips, it is impossible to go on holiday in the South, her family says to itself. So what to do? Postpone, cancel, leave and return? It’s not possible to make a decision as long as there is no certainty!
