A film which denounces the problem of illegal abortion in Mexico. A young Sociology student has an unwanted pregnancy and suffers at the hands of a “sawbones” doctor. The girl becomes ill due to complications from the abortion and is taken by her friend to the General Hospital. Interviews in the hospital who have provoked their own abortion and shocking statistics of women who have died having abortions in precarious conditions. (Huesca International Film Festival)
