This outrageous documentary-style comedy lampoons the lives of two pro tennis archrivals (Andy Samberg and Kit Harington) before they face off in their greatest showdown, Wimbledon's longest tennis match - 7 DAYS IN HELL. This 45-minute comedy special brings Andy Samberg and Kit Harington, two of TV's most recognizable stars, together for a hilarious, star-studded spoof of big-time tennis. Premiering on one of the biggest weekends in tennis - the Wimbledon singles finals - 7 DAYS IN HELL takes an irreverent, mock-serious look back at a pair of fictional players from the not-too-distant past, who played a match to end all tennis matches: a seven-day, five-set Wimbledon marathon that took everything, literally, out of the two. In addition to highlights (and lowlights) from the match, 7 DAYS IN HELL looks back, documentary-style, at the lives and careers of the two competitors: Aaron Williams (Samberg), a hyper-malcontent whose behavior on his best day trumped John McEnroe's on his worst (McEnroe appears as himself in the show), and Charles Poole (Harington), a dim-witted prodigy who carried England's hopes for a Wimbledon champion on his shoulders. Hilariously coloring the backstory of these faux-superstars are a parade of well-known guests, portraying fictional characters or tongue-in-cheek versions of themselves. (HBO Europe)
