In the mid-1990s Webb (Jeremy Renner) uncovered a conspiracy which implicated the CIA in a cocaine trafficking operation working out of Central America. Webb claimed that the profits from the sale of these drugs were then funneled into CIA-supported Nicaraguan Contra rebel groups. English Feeble directing spoils an interesting plot, it’s like Cuesta is just shooting another episode of Homeland, but the Messenger has definitely a lot to say. It slightly touched on almost the same problem as my bachelor’s thesis. It touched on almost the same problem as my bachelor’s thesis, Webb basically warned the CIA of the danger of the Internet as a means for spreading unpleasant information, but those who don’t know anything about this will be gobsmacked. Or fall asleep. Nicaragua was pretty filthy mess and terrorists wearing stars and stripes are something the world has got used to. A great film and Renner was excellent. ()

English This story is interesting in itself. The effort of a person to fight for the truth, while realizing that it is really like fighting against windmills and it can have very tragic consequences. If only the delivery wasn't so dreadfully boring and if Jeremy Renner didn't try so hard. His character becomes annoying and the essence of the story fades away. ()
