Anna Kendrick tangles with a zombie (Thomas Lennon) in Rapture-Palooza, which imagines life on Earth after the biblical End of Days as a series of silly escapades. Then, our heroine incites the lust of the randy Antichrist (who prefers to be called the Beast and is played by Craig Robinson), whose wacky employees include her father-in-law (Rob Corddry). It’s up to hubby to rescue her with a crackpot scheme involving her pot-smoking brother and a zombie (Thomas Lennon) obsessed with mowing lawns. (Roadshow Entertainment)

I must admit that the execution wasn’t half bad. But the entire movie featured one idiot next to another. Luckily, I could at least look at Anna Kendrick, who was the reason I watched the movie in the first place. Actually, I gave the movie that one star because of her. But the movie doesn’t deserve anything more than that. ()
