Local Hero

A Texas oil billionaire (Burt Lancaster) attempts to buy out a remote Scottish fishing village for an oil refinery, and sends ace dealmaker Mac (Peter Riegert: Animal House, The Mask) to secure his property rights. Howeverlocal eccentric Ben Knox (Fulton Mackay, Britannia Hospital) refuses to sell his beach shack and Mac is forced to negotiate on Ben’s terms. (Umbrella Entertainment)
