This isn't as bad as the third installment. It's still bad, it's skeletal like in the first film, and it's more erotic, but I have to admit that Shan Ryan manages to create a certain myth of the killer, even though his abilities ultimately lead to creating a really weird guy who revels in wanting women who don't want him.
