A powerful nuclear explosion forces a series of Pakistani orphans to take refuge in the United States. In Idaho, the local government closes off its borders to the newcomers. This reaches the president´s ears, and he decides to respond by sending in the army. The scene gets even more complicated when reporters, immigrants, citizens and soldiers start to run into each other. (Sitges Film Festival)
