The story opens with a circus featuring Bob Steele and George "Gabby" Hayes as father and son...Hayes is a wanted man for a murder he is innocent of, but what part of this story involves John Elliott and why does he hate the circus...watch for some great trick riding by Bob Steele and no stunt double...a young George Hayes putting on clown makeup before his performance with Bob Steele on an acrobatic balancing act...during their performance Hayes is shot, but the culprit Perry Murdock is caught and names John Elliott who is behind all of this framing Hayes for murder 18 years ago...don't miss the opening and closing of the film as Bob Steele serenades the heroine Arletta Duncan, not the usual Bob Steele hard riding and fists flying B-Western.
