This 'hip' thriller takes place in the Windy City where Andy Hammond (Donald Sutherland), a detective, collaborates with an insurance company to investigate a theft of diamonds... worth $3 million! Enter the lovely (and very affluent) Paula Booth (Jennifer O'Neill) and her father, Paul Booth (Patrick Magee), who deals in stolen goods.
