A merry rural accordionist Timoshka is elected the secretary of a Komsomol unit. He stops to play and begins to set in an order in a village. The unusual prolonged silence leads quickly to a discord between the true Komsomol and the kulak supporters, which causes Timoshka to pick up his accordion again. (Odessa International Film Festival)
