Two Shades of Blue

Best-selling author Susan Price (Hunter) is forced to assume the identity of one of her fictitious characters when she is framed for the murder of her fiancee, the billionaire publishing mogul Jack Reynolds (Busey). While searching for the killer, Susan works incognito as a relay operator for the hearing impaired -- a position that brings her into close contact with District Attorney Beth McDaniels (Matlin), who happens to be deaf.
