Wacky Professor Phillip Brainard (Robin Williams) has just invented a revolutionary new compound. It's green. It flies. And it looks like rubber. It's Flubber! Sometimes really stupid, sometimes really boring, and the use of digital effects is really bad, but that could be expected for its time. In the end, it's still possible to see worse tricks even today. Robin Williams is classically nice in a way, the world is simply divided into good and evil, which you can recognize at first glance, and a brilliant invention is used for pretty dumb purposes. Sometimes there really isn't anything to laugh about.
