“Caireles” and “Tarrajas”, a pair of municipal transit workers, learn that their favorite streetcar, “number 133”, is being decommissioned. After a night of drinking, they decide to “borrow” the streetcar and take it out for one last trip. Chaos ensues as the two drive around the streets of Mexico City.
