Biography
Marks shot the female lead in the sequel to the Sundance cult classic SLC Punk, entitled Punk's Dead, and was slated to star in The Education of Tanis Kahlil. Prior to that, she starred in Rose McGowan's short Dawn which premiered at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival where Marks also acted at the 2012 Writer/Director's Lab.
Marks' previous film credits include The Amazing Spider-man, The Runaways, and Accepted. Her notable television credits include a series regular role for three seasons on the Golden Globe-nominated series Necessary Roughness and a recurring role for two seasons on the Emmy Award-winning Weeds.
As a writer, Marks sold Eskimo Sisters, her first feature, which has been featured on the 2015 Hit List of the year's best screenplays. A native of Los Angeles, Marks currently resides in both New York and Los Angeles.
