Biography

He studied at the CCC film school in Mexico City, specializing in directing and cinematography. In 2004, he founded, together with Emiliano Altuna, the production company Bambú Audiovisual, which is dedicated to the independent production of documentary and narrative feature films. He also works as a cinematographer in documentary and fiction film projects. He is the director of photography for Magic Words (2012, Mercedes Moncada), The Cloud Forest (Mónica Álvarez), The Chambermaid (2019, Lila Avilés), Vivos (2020, Ai Weiwei), and The Great Fellove (2020, Matt Dillon), and a co-founder of the company Bambú Audiovisual.
