Reiko Aylesworth spent 2 years playing Michelle Dessler opposite Kiefer Sutherland on the FOX hit television show "24", two years on the hit "ER" and recently wrapped a recurring role on F/X's "Damages." Feature work includes "The Killing Floor" directed by Gideon Raf and executive produced by Doug Liman and Avi Arad, "Mr. Brooks" directed by Bruce Evans and starring Kevin Costner and Demi Moore and the upcoming indie "The Understudy".
The New York City-based actress got her start in theater, starring in such Off-Broadway plays as "Robbers", directed by Marshall Mason; "Missing-Kissing", directed by John Patrick Shanley; and "One Hundred Gates", directed by Howard Rossen. She also starred in regional theater productions of "Humpty Dumpty", directed by Joe Bonney, and "Cheap Sentiment", directed by Tom Bullard. Also She starred in Caryl Churchill's "Top Girls" at the renowned Williamstown Theatre Festival, directed by Jo Bonney.
Aylesworth first made a name for herself starring in such series as Fox's "American Embassy," UPN's "All Souls" and NBC's "Sherman's March" and also appeared in a recurring role on the hit NBC drama, "Law & Order: SVU." and guest starred in such series as "Ed," "The West Wing," "and "The Dead Zone."
