Biography
Born 1977 in Romania. In 2003, he graduated in acting from the I. L. Caragiale Academy of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography, Bucharest. He has worked as a screenwriter for several major Romanian TV productions. In addition, Rotaru is a successful playwright.
