Biography
Vladimir was born in Paris in 1987. Mobile Homes is adapted from his award-winning short which screened at SXSW & Clermont-Ferrand. He directed What Lies Beneath the Sky, narrated by late filmmaker Chantal Akerman, which screened at Tribeca and co-directed Memoria, with Keith Stanfield & James Franco. Vladimir is a recipient of the Spike Lee Production Fund in the graduate film program at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and a MacDowell Fellow.
