Biography
Simon Jaquemet studied Film Directing at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK). Jaquemet’s first feature Chrieg premiered at the 2014 San Sebastian Film Festival in the New Directors section and was invited to festivals all over the world, winning the prestigious Max Ophüls Prize and several more awards. His second feature The Innocent premiered in TIFF’s 2018 Platform section, followed by the European Premiere at San Sebastian in the official selection.
