She was born in Caracas in 1977. While studying Audiovisual Communication, she writes Una voz tímida en un concierto hueco, which she directs one year later to be awarded, among others, Best Short Film at Los Angeles Latino Festival (2001). In 2002 she moves to Spain to study Script Writting. In 2006 she filmed Todo Recto, in Spain, and almost at the same time, El silencio de los sapos, in Venezuela. La distancia más larga synthesizes her urge to link the two countries that have cinematographically trained her and subjects such as the emotional distances, the loss and the freedom to chose.
