The Soul of the Reds

The Soul of the Reds looks at different eras in the life of the Spanish football team, very much in fashion at the moment because of their Euro cup 2008 victory and also because it is the favourite to win the World Cup in South Africa in 2010. Santiago Zannou (winner of a Goya award for best new director) takes us along through the different moments of the Reds’ story from their beginnings at the start of the last century up to this time with the help of important personalities in Spanish football history such as Di Stefano, Ramallets, Pepe Claramunt, Víctor Muñoz, Luis Aragonés, Vicente Miera or Luis Suárez and more recently Torres, Villa, Senna, Casillas and Cesc without forgetting the recent past with Hierro, Gordillo, Butragueño, Luis Enrique and Zubizarreta among many others.
