Family Tree

It’s 1998 in Jinja, Uganda. Eight-year-old Nagawa seems to have an idyllic childhood until a disastrous accident leaves her famous father fighting for his life. Nagawa and her mother arrive at the hospital to keep vigil. When the hospital waiting areas begin to fill up, Nagawa notices there are several other children with their mothers.
