Plots(1)
Karen McCann's (Sally Field) orderly life is shattered when a stranger breaks into her home and murders her 17-year-old daughter. But shock and grief turn into rage and disbelief when the killer (Sutherland) is released on a legal technicality. (official distributor synopsis)
Reviews (1)
Kiefer Sutherland is truly disgusting in his role and it's not pleasant to look at him, but Sally Field didn't fit at all this time, and I normally like her. Ed Harris is just a backdrop here, which is a shame considering his abilities. The story is good, but it's not presented in any new or surprising way. ()
