A Korean in New York makes friends with Annie. Annie, who laughs, sings, talks a lot, gladly sharing and who is HIV-positive and has Hepatitis C. Annie was an abused child who was raped, abused drugs, was involved in prostitution and robbery and finally imprisoned. Seeing Annie embracing her past offers the viewer the strength to stand up and get out of life's swamp. The film is a documentary on Annie, as well as the relationship of his film dealing with Kim Hyun-kyung and Annie. (Busan International Film Festival)
