Soy Meera Malik

Meera is a girl from the Pilkhana district in the suburbs of Calcutta, she lives there with her family. Poverty, unemployment, violence and rubbish are her neighbours, but the most beautiful flowers grow in the litter and it is in this place where hundreds of children find their hope at a school called Tara School.
