Godsend

Following the death of their eight-year-old son. Adam, devastated parents Jessie (Rebecca Romijn) and Paul (Greg Kinnear) are desperate to do anything to resurrect their beloved child. Befriended by a doctor on the forefront of genetic research (Robert DeNiro), they are offered a chance to reverse the rules of nature and clone their son. The experiment appears successful under the doctor'swatchful eye, and Adam grows into a healthy, happy, young boy... until his Eighth birthday.
