It’s downright hard to get excited about Shakespeare or any update of his works. This is just as problematic as Kohlhiesel's Daughters is coarse-grained. Romeo and Juliet in the setting of The Bartered Bride really is not worth watching repeatedly. The only thing I like about it are the obscure experiences of the masquerade ball. ()
