IT AIN'T PRETTY is a film about the women who surf San Francisco's Ocean Beach as well as a movement that has women forging new tides in women's big wave surfing. Over the course of 3 years documentary filmmakers followed the stories of Bay Area women surfers, exploring what drives their passion to paddle out. (Hawaii International Film Festival)
