The Ecstasy of Isabel Mann

This attempt to make an Irish horror, which is quite interestingly titled The Ecstasy of Isabel Mann, simply didn't work. It's too amateurish and lacks creativity, and it's too obvious that the filmmakers wanted to cram everything they've seen in other similar films into a horror movie, but they did so higgledy-piggledy. Even some of the would-be artistic attempts don't really work and they end up being more of an eyesore. (14/08/2018)
