After an amazing episode, this one felt like a bit of a letdown. The plot didn't move forward much, and the pacing slowed noticeably. With other shows, I'd probably rate this lower, but even a weaker episode of Billions keeps me entertained. So, I can't give it less than four stars.

If Wags hadn't killed it with his fantastic speech at the party, from which the protagonist actually totally disappeared, this would have been a literally wasted episode.
