They just might make a killer couple. When unlucky-in-love Martha (Anna Kendrick) meets Francis (Sam Rockwell) he seems different from other guys. Really different. And if you don't count that he's a hitman on the run from crime cartels, he may just turn out to be Mr. Right. Hot on his heels are rival, Tim Roth; wannabe Crime-boss brothers, Anson Mount and James Ransone; with rapper RZA rounding out the criminal element as a hitman with a love of gummy bears. Kendrick slays with more than just snappy one-liners while Rockwell dances (and kills) his way into her heart. If they can navigate the awkwardness of getting to know each other oh, and survive being hunted down, tied up, beaten and shot at, it could turn out to be love at first-highly-powered-assault-weapon-sight and they just might make a killer couple. English After the first fifteen minutes, I thought I would boo the film, but then I turned off my logical thinking and realized that the filmmakers just wanted to have some fun. The moment I gave up on my expectations of logical continuity, the film started working surprisingly well. I could just chill and actually ended up having a pretty good time. Let me sum it up: it was terrible but entertaining. 3*+ ()

English I was expecting a good comedy and that's what I got. Anna Kendrick is a favorite of mine, and I also love the theme of hired killers, which isn't portrayed here as originally, but it boasts extremely original elements; even the dancing is murderously cute. It's properly crazy, and surprisingly, Sam and Anna fit together incredibly well. RZA has a great role as well. ()

English Sam Rockwell, Anna Kendrick and Tim Roth were the main attraction for me to watch this absurd gangster comedy. Despite my initial misgivings, it was thanks to them and a few funny situations that I ended up having a good time. Although, let's face it, this is a real piece of nonsense. (70%) ()
