Zivan is a dreamer, a poet and a lover of punk rock. For the sixth year in a row, he is organising a punk rock festival in his home village of Tomasevac, in northern Serbia. His dream is to change cultural stereotypes and the way people in his community think. But attendance at the festival has always been poor. The Serbian director's first film follows the laborious efforts of this modern-day Don Quixote in the four days leading up to the festival. Will Zivan succeed in getting local people interested in alternative music? (One World)
