Santra and the Talking Trees

Documentarian Miia Tervo is searching for her spiritual heritage behind the eastern border. In Karelia, she found an elderly woman, Santra Remsujeva, whom she could ask a few questions. The convivial reciter of poems became a kind of granny figure for Tervo over the years. But was the surrogate grandmother enough to suppress the feelings of rootlessness?
