The tranquility of the kingdom is shaken when a group of bandits appear at the ball. The King has a strong sense of justice and when the crooks convince him that he owes them, he believes it. The debt can be paid back by giving Princess Amalie to marry one the thieves, together with half of the kingdom, of course. (Oulu International Children's and Youth Film Festival)
