It’s the closing stages of WWII, and Sergeant Dolokhov a member of Russia’s elite Special Forces, is leading his men in an ambush on a German convoy in Eastern Europe. Unearthing some ghastly intelligence, their victory is only short lived as they are taken prisoner. Transported to a secret underground laboratory where the most horrifying experiments are under way, they are introduced to the latest secret Nazi weapon - an army of the undead. "Outpost: Rise of the Spetsnaz" is average, similar to the second installment. The best one in the series is undoubtedly the first installment, which was worth it and had that necessary impact, making it quite harsh and powerful. The third installment is just a diluted version, which has quite interesting characters, but doesn't utilize them for anything better, instead it follows the classic pattern of "evil Germans, poor others." Even the experiments are not revolutionary. However, you will come across some brutality here and there.
