Back in the socialist era, people stood in lines for everything. But a few resourceful individuals always found a way to cut the line. With its critical attitude towards the “economics of shortage,” this film significantly differs from the rest of the films by Helena Rabarová-Slavíková who focused primarily on work for children and is known for her cycle of folklore rhyming and singing shows Maľovanky and Spievanky.
