Episode 6 (2016) (S03E06)

English The creators did a great job with the final episode of the third season, the atmosphere was again top-notch and the tension was successful, and although some results could be expected, others pleasantly surprised me. Alfie was excellent again, I just don't understand how the boys blew up the wall without the unstable tunnel collapsing on them. ()

Season 4 (2017) (S04)

English I really enjoyed Season 3 as a whole, even though I have strong reservations concerning some issues. In any case, it was one of the best seasons that the creators of Peaky Blinders have offered so far. Adrien Brody was a great choice, although his Luca Changretta can’t measure up to Tom Hardy's fantastic Alfie Solomons. Plus, the season finale opened up the possibility of a greater connection with politics in the future, which means that Tommy Shelby is very likely to turn into a total scumbag, and I can't wait to see that. ()

The Noose (2017) (S04E01)

English Well, this is how the opening episode of the season should look like, not like the horror that opened the third season. Industrialist Tommy Shelby was really worth it, Arthur didn't lag behind him either, and I had a great time. Then the creators added Luca Changretta and his Italian brothers to the mix, so overall, it was a good start. ()

Heathens (2017) (S04E02)

English I expected many things, but I didn't expect to rate the first two episodes of the fourth series so highly. However, there was no other choice, as I enjoyed myself so much that I couldn't rate them any differently. The dialogues were once again excellent, the final scene with Adrien Brody was great, and I'm looking forward to the continuation. ()

Blackbird (2017) (S04E03)

English The third episode may have lost some pace (hence "only" four stars), but the quality atmosphere and brutal action remained, so I was not dissatisfied at all, but I know that the creators of the series are capable of achieving even better results, which is why I am a bit more critical. Regardless, I enjoyed it. ()

Dangerous (2017) (S04E04)

English This was a strange episode. I don't think I've ever seen so many traps in one episode of a series (a trap for Arthur, a trap for the Italians, a trap for Michael, and another trap for the Italians). The plot started at a fast pace, then was somewhat unnecessarily slowed down by May's arrival, so I was considering giving it four stars, but I had to add one more for the "bad ass" Ada. ()

The Duel (2017) (S04E05)

English The story took off again like in the previous episode, only to slow down similarly and it would be over in four pieces, but the creators once again decided to cater to black people and for that, they had to face the consequences. No one will convince me that a black person could reach the rank of officer in the British Army in the twenties of the last century. Colonel? Sure, and water flows uphill... ()

The Company (2017) (S04E06)

English I rate the final episode with four stars, but I was quite conflicted about it. I was pleased with the atmosphere, pace, and action, once again Alfie Solomons impressed me with his cunningness. However, I was strongly disappointed by the unbelievable resolution of the Italian question and the plot twist was terribly transparent this time, so it came across as rather awkward. Nevertheless, Member of Parliament Thomas Shelby, O. B. E. certainly amused me. ()

Season 5 (2019) (S05)

English I was worried that the creators might have already used up all their best ideas and the fifth season would drop in quality, but no way! It was a hell of a ride as usual, which I extremely enjoyed, and I’m hoping that the break will be used efficiently, and the next season will be just as amazing as this one. A real treat. ()

Black Tuesday (2019) (S05E01)

English It might not go down in history as one of Peaky Blinders' best episodes, but it held my interest. While it didn't deliver much action, it kept a steady pace that kept me engaged. I have a feeling this season has some promising moments in store. ()

Black Cats (2019) (S05E02)

English The episode's introduction didn't quite hit the mark for me - the concept felt pretty dumb, and the execution fell flat. But despite that rocky start, I ended up slapping on five stars because everything that followed delivered that classic Peaky Blinders vibe. Overall, I had a blast. ()

Strategy (2019) (S05E03)

English The atmosphere was spot-on once more, though I can't help but feel the plot could've used a tad more polishing. Still, it hit the mark, especially with that killer opening scene at the orphanage. There's just something satisfying about seeing hypocritical Bible-thumpers get their asses kicked, you know? ()

The Loop (2019) (S05E04)

English Now, that's what I call a classy soirée! Picture this: opium, cocaine, and brandy to kick things off, followed by a lavish feast, a mesmerizing ballet performance, and, to top it all off, a bit of shooting. What more could one possibly ask for? ()

The Shock (2019) (S05E05)

English One thing I love about this series is the number of episodes. With just six per season, there's no room for filler, keeping the story tight and engaging. This episode was no exception — it kept me hooked throughout, with no dull moments, and even threw in a local Hitler for good measure. ()

Mr. Jones (2019) (S05E06)

English Seems like only insignificant characters die in this story, yet I was actually thankful for that this time. Once more, the creators nailed the atmosphere, but this time they cranked up the tension and action, making for a fantastic season finale. ()
