Even though the plot is peculiar and there's nothing particularly unexpected about it, I still can't help myself. Dr. Phibes Rises Again is still a good film for me, one that can evoke interesting feelings, which may not necessarily be fear, but rather feelings of unease due to the inevitability of death, the sense that no one can escape their fate. The points are also for the theatrical masks.
