Guns 'N' Roses guitarist Slash produces this horror feature directed by Anthony Leonardi III. Pastor Dan (James Tupper), his wife Wendy (Anne Heche) and their children relocate to the remote town of Stull in Kansas so that Dan can take over the local church. However, the move proves detrimental to the health of the family's children. Their eldest daughter Rebecca (Rebekah Brandes) begins suffering from troubling hallucinations, while an even worse fate may lie in store for her sister Mary (Jennifer Stone). The outgoing pastor seems like he may be involved with the unusual events. Can Dan and Wendy get to the bottom of the mystery before it irrevocably damages their children? (Paramount Pictures AU)

English I have a weak spot for this kind of supernatural, demonic horror flicks, but even with that I don’t see any reason for a higher rating. Most of the time it’s an uninteresting borefest, then something begins to happen (and quite competently made genre-wise), but it doesn’t make much sense. The dialogues are evil. ()
