Cancun Spring Break (S07E04)

It's Spring Break and among the thousands of U.S. students who head to Cancun, Mexico, some have one thing on their mind: to get wasted. Two cartels — Sinaloa and Gulf — monopolize the tourist drug trade. But independent dealers, known as "hoppers," are trying to poach their turf at enormous risks. Cartel hit men are on call and they prowl the fringes of the party scene. Police, meanwhile, struggle to hold the line — scouring the beach by day and the strip by night, trying to head off the brewing violence and save gringo tourists from the consequences of their own folly.
