The masks are quite good, when the monsters look good, especially Frankenstein is excellent. Otherwise, the film doesn't interest in any way. The premise is good, but the fights could be better, more action-packed, faster, and more interesting. I think it wouldn't be such a problem to hire a few better wrestlers, give them proper masks, and let them fight as they are used to. Wrestling looks good on television, so why avoid it in a movie that was supposed to be about wrestling? It's a pity how dry and unskillful "Monster Brawl" turned out because this film has real potential. It would just need more money and a little more courage.
