Drama adapted by Andrea Portes from her semi-biographical novel. 13-year-old Luli McMullen (Chloë Grace Moretz) runs away from her Nebraska home, leaving behind her destructive, alcoholic parents and taking with her a revolver she received as a birthday present. On the way she hitches rides with rebel cowboy Eddie (Eddie Redmayne) and con artist Glenda (Blake Lively). Before long Luli's journey takes a sinister turn but it doesn't deter her hopes of finding a better life. (Transmission Films)
