Northwest Passage

The movie tells the story of true-life explorer Major Robert Rogers (Tracy), intrepid leader of the celebrated Rogers' Rangers fighting force that took on one of the most challenging expeditions in military history, fighting against the British during the French and Indian War. With muskets in hand and ready for action, Rogers' Rangers make the perilous trek across the rugged landscape, traversing swamps, rapids and  mountains in order to fulfil their standing orders to raid the Indian village at Saint Francis, a settlement of the Abenakis, an American Indian tribe.
