Basil Rathbone was quite an interesting Sherlock Holmes, and I must say, he suited the role quite well. It's a relaxed film, pleasant to watch, with quite an interesting story and very good camera work in terms of image quality. Well, it's just a pleasant viewing experience, something I could easily handle on TV even today. I might look at other films in the series with Rathbone and Bruce. ()
