Fairly entertaining for a TV movie. Decent special effects, Somerhalder tries hard and Bettina doesn’t look at all bad in her wet suit. But what was the staggered action supposed to mean? Was it meant to be something along the lines of art? If it weren’t for that I might have considered giving this three.
