English It was a pleasure to watch the four leading actors enjoying themselves, but much more humorous situations could have been squeezed out of the old guys' participation in the difficult astronaut training, and there was no room for them in the serious second half. The last act looks like a survival drama, but the final shot on the surface of the moon proves that Eastwood didn't take it that seriously. ()

English The first half of the film is amusingly exaggerated and very well coordinated, whilst the second half eats itself and is cheesy and a bit messy. The result is a disparate film that, while not irritating, unfortunately, despite the hopeful start, does not offer any particularly exciting adventure content. Basically action for the elderly. ()

English Clint Eastwood, Tommy Lee Jones, Donald Sutherland and James Garner prove that they aren’t yet ready for the scrap yard. Great acting performances and perfect humor carry you through the movie without a moment for boredom. Of course, Clint proves that he is still cool and the camera (which he himself was directing) focused on him the most, although I much preferred the character Hawk, played by Tommy Lee Jones. ()

English Clint Eastwood is simply one of the best directors for me, ever to have worked and is also currently active. And so, even this slightly parodying take on Apollo 13 and similar films entertained me. It's not because it outright parodies similar films, but it aims to show that the power of humanity exists at any age. Plus, it's funny. I forgive the unnecessary last scene. ()
