As the leader of an elite street crimes task force squad, New Orleans Detective Sean Reilly (Johnny Strong) has seen the worst violence the city has to offer. Johnny Strong is awesome! The action is uncompromising and the overall vibe of the film is insane. Something so off the rails hasn't been seen in a long time. The realities of the big city seem to not exist, everything looks like one big fighting arena where police officers, blacks, gangsters, drug dealers, lunatics, junkies, skinheads, hired killers, etc. are pitted against each other. An excellent way to unwind.
