Based on historical events The Legend of Hell's Gate combines fact and myth in its reimagining of the violent past of post-Civil War Texas. An errand boy becomes aware of one of America's most infamous crimes and soon is swept up with two desperadoes being hunted by the law. Crossing paths with some of the West's most notorious figures the three outlaws will stop at nothing to preserve their reputations and hold onto the loot.
